I forswear grass-fed beef. Well, that is until I tried Arizona Legacy
Beef. You see, I love corn-fed beef (still do) because quality corn-fed
beef is so very tender. But when I tried the flavorful and tender
Arizona Legacy Beef, I realized I could be a grass-fed girl too. I love
their beef and am excited to regularly be able to purchase this
uniquely Arizona product. I’ve now served two Arizona Legacy Beef
prime ribs at family occasions and I was the hit at the gathering. It’s
the best and made me appear to be a master chef!

To our surprise, the burger was extremely juicy, I’m not sure how, but, the
amount of flavor and juice that came from the beef was not something I’ve
seen before. We were raised to know that fatty cuts make a great tasting,
greasy burger. However, the Criollo beef is a completely different taste that
is not only delicious but very healthy to eat.
